Schedule a pickup
Book online or text directly. We confirm a window that works around your prep schedule — typically a morning pickup before lunch service. Residential clients can book any day Monday through Saturday.

We sharpen at our shop
Sharpened on professional fixed equipment — water stones and precision angle guides, not a pull-through sharpener. Single bevel, double bevel, and serrated all handled. Every knife edge-tested before return.

Same-day or next-day return
Back before dinner prep — or the following morning. We call ahead before dropoff. Payment collected at dropoff for one-off jobs. Standing plan accounts invoiced monthly.

From a home cook’s 8-inch chef knife to a restaurant’s full set in rotation. If it has an edge, we sharpen it.

Chef’s Knives
8″ and 10″ chef knives, Japanese gyutos, santokus. Profiled to the blade’s original bevel — we don’t re-grind unnecessarily or remove more steel than needed.

Boning, fillet, paring, cleavers. Flexible blades and curved profiles sharpened by hand. Single-bevel Japanese knives handled with the correct technique.

Bread knives, serrated utility knives. Each gullet sharpened individually with a ceramic rod. Most services skip serrated blades entirely — we don’t.

Kitchen shears, herb scissors, poultry shears. Disassembled, sharpened individually, reassembled and tension-checked before return.

Chipped tips, rolled edges, heavily worn blades. We assess honestly — some knives can be restored, some are better replaced. No upsell.
